Having just concluded a tour of Australia and New Zealand in April, the popular English singer Ed Sheeran has announced that he will be coming back in November to play more shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Auckland.

After playing seventeen sold-out shows to over 190,000 fans across Australia and New Zealand, Sheeran will be stepping up to play in even larger venues. Following the announcement, Frontier Touring have said that Sheeran will be the first musician to perform an Australian and New Zealand stadium tour completely solo. With no back-up singers or instrumentalists, the 24-year-old will perform to thousands of people using only his voice, his guitar and a series of loop pedals.

The tour that kicks off in Brisbane on November 28 will be again promoting his latest album x, featuring hit singles such as ¡®Sing¡¯, ¡®Don¡¯t¡¯, ¡®Thinking Out Loud¡¯ and current single ¡®Bloodsteam¡¯, featuring Rudimental. Labelled as Australia¡¯s highest selling album of 2014 and spending six weeks at number one of the ARIA Chart last year, it¡¯s no surprise that Sheeran will be returning to perform what will undoubtedly be sold out shows once again.

Also named as Spotify¡¯s most streamed artist in the world, Sheeran¡¯s popularity will have him playing 170 shows across the globe, including major events like the Glastonbury Festival, T in the Park and Southside Festival. Sheeran has also sold out multiple shows in major venues like London¡¯s Wembley Stadium and New York¡¯s Madison Square Gardens.
