Internationally acclaimed UK pop star Olly Murs has excited Aussie fans with the news he will be returning in August for a nation-wide tour. Promoting his fourth album Never Been Better, Murs will kick off the tour in Perth before heading to Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney.
The long awaited return of Art vs. Science is finally here, with the premier of their new track ‘In This Together’ released on Triple J on Monday. The Sydney trio spoke on the radio program, also exciting fans with the news that they will be announcing tour dates next week.
‘In This Together’ will be the first single off the new album that is yet to be given a title by the band. The single will mark the first song released since last year’s EP Create/Destroy, while the upcoming album will be their first long-player release since their debut album The Experiment in 2011.
British actress Maisie Williams, best known for her role as Arya Stark on the HBO fantasy series ‘Game of Thrones’, will guest star in the next season of Doctor Who.
The official Doctor Who Twitter account made the announcement on April 30, stating they were “beyond excited” that Williams would be joining the cast in a guest appearance. Williams was also thrilled with news of the role.

After recent speculation, it has been confirmed that British actor Ben Hardy will play the role of Angel in the new X-Men film.
Rumours started when director Bryan Singer posted production art of the character Angel on Instagram. Hardy had been repeatedly linked to the superhero sequel and Singer finally responded on Thursday in an interview with Empire Magazine.

Melbourne artist Andrew Swift has just announced the release of his new single, Sound The Alarm as well as a string of shows across Melbourne and Adelaide throughout February and March.
Speaking about the ballad, Swift says that “My songs have always been of a personal storytelling nature, but Sound The Alarm is about as honest and personal as it’s been so far… It was written during the hardest break up I’ve had to go through, but rather than write a heartbroken, ‘woe is me’ type of break up song, what came out was a reflection of the night that that we met.”
