Halloween 2014 just got scarier, with Luna Park taking on Australia¡¯s biggest (and ghostliest) Halloween festival. Running over two nights from Friday October 31, Halloscream has something for all ages in a wild collaboration of music, dance, costume, culture and the arts.

With big names such as The Voice¡¯s Joel and Benji Madden booked to host fan meet and greets at the event, as well performances by Taylor Henderson and KISS FM¡¯s DJ KCB, the two day event is expected to thrill Sydney-siders like never before. Television host Luke Jacobz and a plethora of Home and Away stars are also expected to be in attendance across the weekend, so don¡¯t forget your pocketbook for an autograph or two.

A cultured blend of traditional Mexican and contemporary Western themes, Halloscream dares its guests to come in their favorite ghoulish costume, with fancy dress competitions and traditional Trick or Treat activities happening each day. A never-before-seen Light Show Fiesta will adorn the park at sunset in a wash of rhythm and colour, inspired by the Mexican celebration Day of the Dead (Sugar Skull makeup encouraged!).

And if you¡¯ve gone to see the recent blockbuster thriller Maze Runner, Halloscream is the perfect place to test out your own Parkour skills in Luna Park¡¯s infamous Mirror Maze. As a result of the collaboration between Twentieth Century Fox and Luna Park, a recreation of the Maze Runner web will also be built especially for Halloscream guests to try out their fitness, wit and bravery (in the dark).

Camp Quality Australia are getting in on the weekend, raising much-needed funds for young cancer patients across the nation, so it¡¯s all for a great cause. With ticket prices starting at $39.95, this hair-raising event is not to be missed.
