Britpop rockers, The Kooks, have announced that they¡¯ll be heading back down under in 2015 for what is their biggest Australian tour to date, visiting Perth, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

The band dropped their long awaited fourth record, Listen, earlier this month to rave reviews and is clearly wasting no time in kicking off the live promotion for the LP. The foursome last visited our shores in 2013 for the Groovin¡¯ in the Moo festival, yet these shows mark the biggest live performances for the band in Australia.

After forming in 2004, the band broke into mainstream airwaves with their 2006 debut record Inside In/Inside Out and the massive hits Na?ve and She Moves In Her Own Way. Recent single Down, taken from Listen, showcases a new side to the band ¨C incorporating RnB style grooves and a truly infectious swagger, showcasing a band who are never content to rest on their laurels.

Joining the band on their 2015 tour will be Sydney¡¯s The Griswolds and Welsh indie rockers Catfish And The Bottlemen.

The Griswolds themselves are playing in support of their first full length release Be Impressive, featuring the hit Beware The Dog.

Catfish And The Bottlemen, in their first tour to our shores, will be playing in support of their debut release The Balcony. The group¡¯s bluesy rock sound is amplified by their infectious love of indie and garage rock, and this will surely be one of the few times you¡¯ll get to catch them as an opening act before a likely popular blow up.
