Australia¡¯s answer to Justin Bieber, Cody Simpson, is returning to home soil to headline Nickelodeon¡¯s third annual SLIMEFEST.

Promising ¡°the most slime of all time¡± the Nickelodeon SLIMEFEST 2014 will host two shows in two cities, with double the dose of slime for kids and families.

Kicking off on Friday September 26 at Sydney Olympic State Sports Centre, Cody Simpson will be joined by hip-hop dance group Justice Crew, and Timomatic.

Although Simpson, now based in LA, is enjoying international success, he is well aware that he will be subject to a sliming when he returns home. ¡°I can¡¯t wait to come back to Australia to get completely drenched in the green stuff and celebrate SLIMEFEST with my home country! What I¡¯m looking forward to most about being a part of SLIMEFEST is the energy and the excitement of the crowd ¨C Aussie kids really know how to get messy and have fun¡± said Simpson.

Justice Crew will join the stellar lineup, performing their smash-hit single ¡®Que Sera¡¯ ¨C which recently broke the record for the longest running Australian act on the No.1 spot on the ARIA charts ¨C for Aussie fans.

¡°SLIMEFEST has been an amazing journey for us and we¡¯ve been so lucky to have been a part of it from the very beginning. We are pumped to be performing for both Sydney and Melbourne audiences this year ¨C there¡¯s nothing quite like the vibe you get from thousands of screaming, slimy kids ¨C their energy is out of this world!¡± said Justice Crew¡¯s John Pearce.

Hosted by Nick¡¯s-own comedic duo Luke and Wyatt (Camp Orange), SLIMEFEST 2014 is a family-friendly music festival, boasting a killer lineup of celebrities, DJs, and local and international acts, not to mention a tonne of Nickelodeon¡¯s trademark green slime. To slime, or not to slime, that is the question¡
