Genre-defying Aussie rapper Iggy Azalea has teamed up with Rita Ora for her new single ¡®Black Widow¡¯.

The blonde duo announced that they are currently shooting the music video for what will be Azalea¡¯s next single from her debut album The New Classic.

The ¡®Work¡¯ rapper, who is renowned for her fashion-forward music videos, spoke recently about the forthcoming ¡®Black Widow¡¯ video. ¡°We¡¯re gonna have a very crazy music video, with a lot of other people that you guys may know, playing different characters. I¡¯m really excited about it.¡±

Featuring a chorus written by pop princess, and music¡¯s highest-selling digital artist, Katy Perry ¨C ¡°I¡¯m gonna love ya/Until you hate me/And I¡¯m gonna show ya/What¡¯s really crazy¡± ¨C the Rita Ora-assisted single is set for release on September 14.

Azalea and Ora appeared on stage together last week to perform ¡®Black Widow¡¯ for the first time at the Wireless Festival in England. Following the ultra-sassy performance, Ora took to Instagram to post photos of the pair breaking ¡°the Black Widow live virginity.¡±

Although the video isn¡¯t set to drop until later this year, the Aussie MC is currently riding high, with two of the year¡¯s top tracks, ¡®Fancy¡¯ and ¡®Problem¡¯. In fact, Azalea recently matched The Beatles¡¯ US chart record, scoring the No.1 and No.2 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 with the aforementioned tracks. It is a feat that has not been accomplished since February 1964, when the Fab Four topped the US charts with ¡®I Want To Hold Your Hand¡¯ sitting at No.1 and ¡®She Loves You¡¯ at No.2.

Despite the honour, Azalea said it didn¡¯t ¡°mean anything¡± ¨C instead, revealing that she would ¡°rather be The Rolling Stones.¡± Whatever that means.
