Aussie metal-core giants I Killed The Prom Queen will be embarking on a mammoth national tour this September. Joining the vegan 5-piece will be LA-based hardcore outfit The Ghost Inside, Byron Bay up-and-comers In Hearts Wake, Bury Tomorrow and Hellions.

It¡¯s not all ¡®Sleepless Nights And City Lights¡¯, for the Aussie and US hardcore pick ¡®n¡¯ mix, however, adding regional dates, in places such as Picton and Wyong, to the 19-date tour.

Since forming in 2000, I Killed The Prom Queen¡¯s ride has been nothing short of bumpy. From lineup changes to a hiatus in 2008, which saw members embark on new musical ventures like Bring Me The Horizon and Confession, IKTPQ have cemented themselves as prominent figures in heavy music.

Eventually reconnecting, six years later, the band were straight in the studio with producer Fredrik Nordstr?m (Bring Me The Horizon, Architects) ¨C who is ¡°so hot right now¡± in heavy music ¨C to start work on their next studio album. They also scored a spot on the Soundwave 2014 lineup, much to fan¡¯s delight.
