Push Over 2014 Flyer

Melbourne’s favourite all-ages festival, Push Over, will return for its 22nd year in 2014! The festival will take place at Melbourne’s famous Sidney Myer Music Bowl on the Labour Day public holiday, Monday the 10th of March and will feature the best of the best of local Australian talent.

Push Over is known for exploring all forms of music genres, and this year’s edition will continue its strong tradition of offering glorious hip-hop, pulsating rap beats, hardcore rock and punk music and up-to-date indie tunes!

The festival will be bringing an added flavor this year, with nine spots available for the Victorian bands that win the FReeZA Push Start Grand Final, as well as the legendary Push Underground Hip Hop Showcase – which will feature plenty of MCs and break dancing.

Porter Robinson – Splendour In The Grass Sideshows

Following the success of this year’s Coachella Festival, Porter Robinson will remain on this festival high for Australia’s Splendour in the Grass. In addition to his Friday set at the festival, Porter Robinson will also be performing sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne with a whole new sound.

Known for his upbeat, electronic dance DJ sets, the American Producer will be trying something different for Australian shows off the back of his debut album Worlds. Instead of sampling other musicians, Robinson’s sets will only feature his own samples and tracks, with live instrumental performances.
