Organizers haven’t even got the official word out yet, but Perth band Karnivool has let it slip that they are performing at Groovin The Moo 2014.
The band reveled that they will be performing their first Groovin The Moo this year when discussing their plans for 2014 with triple j’s Lindsay McDougall.
“We have Groovin The Moo festival coming up, then midyear we’re in Europe.”
Lindsay McDougall. posted a recording of the interview on his blog, but failed to announce it to the world, which suited the organizers just fine, as they officially confirmed Karnivool’s participation days later.
On the official GTM Instagram, the organizers posted a picture of a feline and a brown paper receptacle, admitting defeat by saying: “Looks like the cat’s out of the bag = @karnivool_official will be playing #GTM2014″.
The official line-up of Groovin The Moo will be announced on Wednesday the 29th of January. The festival will visit the regular regional towns of Bunbury, Townsville, Bendigo, Canberra and Maitland. However this year’s edition will also include their first ever show in South Australia with a visit to Oakbank.
