Fans of Goldfrapp no longer have to wait, with the band¡¯s new album being released this week. ¡®Tales Of Us¡® is the British duo Alison Goldfrapp and Will Gregory¡¯s sixth studio album, but promises to be it¡¯s most loved especially after the release of it¡¯s first single, ¡®Annabel¡¯.

The music video is already out on the net, and has been met with a rousing reception, with many praising its ¡°stark and dark¡± visuals. The clip follows a young boy who is struggling with his gender identity and goes for a whopping seven minutes, but not one of those minutes is wasted.

Funnily enough, ¡®Annabel¡¯ isn¡¯t the only real-life ¡°name¡± used on the album. All the tracks, with the exception of ¡®Stranger¡® are all named after people; boys and girls.

And the album itself has been met with critical acclaim from music critics, with the San Francisco Chronicle praising the change of style, saying that ¡°the payoff is undeniably beautiful¡±, while Mimo.com said ¡®Tales of Us¡¯ was ¡°arguably their most mesmerizing offering yet.¡±
