Lil’ Eliza Doolittle is continuing her march to promote her new album ‘In Your Hands‘ by releasing its second single ‘Let It Rain’, as well as its stunning special effects filled music video.
The music video features Doolittle and her surroundings slowly transitioning from her dimly lit apartment to the sun-baked desert, which is followed by the appearance of some menacing looking storm clouds. What follows on speaks for itself.
The video is the second clip that Doolittle has released this year, following on from her first single, ‘Big When I was Little’. The single enjoyed some overwhelming success upon its release in July with Digital Spy calling it a “charming celebration of hazy days past”.
Doolittle has enjoyed a decent run of late, appearing at the iTunes Festival in London, alongside the likes of hip-hop duo Rizzle Kicks. The release is all part of Doolittle’s promotional plan for her second studio album, ‘In Your Hands‘, which will be released on the 14th of October.
