The Amity Affliciton ‘Brothers In Arms’ Tour 2013

Hardcore rock group The Amity Affliction will be rocking across the nation in their latest “Brothers in Arms” Australian tour.

The Queensland-originated group will play in eight major cities, starting off at the Riverstage in Brisbane on Friday October the 18th. They will travel interstate to rock it hard in Newcastle, (Oct 19th), Sydney (Oct 20), two shows in the Palace Theatre in Melbourne (Oct 22nd and 23rd), Adelaide (Oct 25th), Perth on the 26th and finally finishing up their tour in Fremantle on October 27th.

What’s even better for younger, eager fans is that shows in Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide will be an all-ages event, with the rest for the shows for Over-18s.

Joining the band will be fellow rockers, Stick To Your Guns, death-metal icons, Chelsea Grin and local rising stars In Hearts Wake.

The band is coming off a sizzling run of musical form, with their latest release Chasing Ghosts debuting at Number One on the Australia ARIA charts late last year, before enjoying the party atmosphere of the Big Day Out and Groovin’ the Moo festivals.

Along with three studio albums to their name, the band have just begun their overloaded tour of the US of A, for the Vans Warped Tour. They’ll be in star-heaven as they’ll be playing alongside other hardcore rock up-and-comers, including Bring Me The Horizon, Motion City Soundtrack and Sleep With Sirens.

What’s even more exciting is that the Vans Warped Tour will be coming back Down Under for another stint, according to Soundwave promoter AJ Maddah, so expect that Amity Affliction will be smashing just as hard for more Australians!

Tickets will be on sale from June 27th at 9am and its best if you’re up early…you don’t want to miss out! Listed below are dates and ticket outlets!

Known for his upbeat, electronic dance DJ sets, the American Producer will be trying something different for Australian shows off the back of his debut album Worlds. Instead of sampling other musicians, Robinson’s sets will only feature his own samples and tracks, with live instrumental performances.
