Two Door Cinema Club and The Vaccines will be joining the ever present growing list of summer festival sideshows in January.

Two Door Cinema Club are quiet fond of Australia, especially on the summer festival circuit, playing Splendour in 2010 and Laneway in 2011. They will be touring on the back of their latest studio release ¡°Beacon¡± which has already proved to be a success amongst fans and critics with it¡¯s ¡°tinkly guitar lines¡± and ¡°infectious choruses¡± that highlight Vocalist Alex Trimble¡¯s song writing gift.

The Irish trio¡¯s previous album Tourist History really put them on the map in America and Australia, with singles featuring in soundtracks and TV adds as well as becoming a favourite album at indie hipster house parties. TDCC have been praised for their live show that pulses with dance vibes and follows the rule ¡°though shall not stand still at a Two Door Cinema Club show¡±, something Aussie fans have experienced many times and can again and again.

Indie rockers The Vaccines are also not shy of Australia, playing Splendour and Big Day Out as well as sideshows supporting Kasabian in Melbourne and Sydney. Lead Singer Justin Young explained to FL that the band loved their time in Australia, with a great crowd response and humbling experience of ¡°people singing along and wearing your t-shirts¡± which a surprise was being so far from home in the UK.

Come of Age, the band¡¯s second album has reached number one in the UK and has become a fan favourite yet. The two bands are joined by home grown Aussie indie band Jungle Giants. The Brisbane natives released their second EP ¡°She¡¯s A Riot¡± earlier this year and have been busy constantly playing shows and meeting fans around the nation.
