Linkin Park are coming together for two arena sideshows in Melbourne¡¯s Rod laver and Sydney¡¯s Entertainment Centre whilst they are here for Australia¡¯s number 1 rock music festival, Soundwave. With Soundwave now sold out in every state, this may be your only chance to see these two amazing acts.

Being ranked the third best band of the new millennium by MTV, Linkin Park will return to Australia to play their nostalgic hits such as ¡°Numb¡± and ¡°Crawling¡± from their earlier albums as well as featuring their more recent hits such as ¡°Burn It Down¡±.

Being established in the music industry for over a decade with their hybrid genre of nu metal and rap, Linkin Park have perfected a live show full of exhilarating guitars, drums and fast beats that thrill with every note. The band has taken it back to their roots with their newest album, creating big choruses and heavy guitar work with personal lyrics based on relationships, described as creating a ¡°wall of sound feeling¡± by lead singer Chester Bennington.

Supporting Linkin Park will be Stone Sour, headed by Slip Knot¡¯s Corey Taylor and Jim root. Stone Sour will be playing part 1 of their new album ¡°Gold and Bones¡± being released earlier this year in October and the second part being expected to comes out in early 2013. The first part of the album has been subject of many positive reviews, ArtistDirect calling it a ¡°milestone for modern rock¡±. 2013 will be the year of Stone Sour!
