Madonna Australian Tour 2013 – Returning After 20 Years!

Madonna has confirmed that she will tour Australia for the first time since her tour in 1993. Touring agent Live Nation and the Material Girl announced that her latest tour which will kick off in Tel Aviv on the 29th of May and will take dates in North America, South America, Europe as well as Australia “Where she has not performed for 20 years.”

The Australian tour dates are yet to be announced, however the North American dates have been formally announced on her official website.

No doubt we will hear more on this in the months to come. Arguably this will be one of the biggest tours in 2013, especially going by her magnificent performance at the 2012 Super Bowl.

The 1975 Australian Tour 2015 – The Marquee, RNA Showgrounds, Brisbane (All Ages)

They may have only just left Aussie shores three weeks ago, but UK pop-rock outfit The 1975 has announced that they will return to Australia in January 2015.

Touring across Australia last month as part of Splendour In The Grass Festival, the trendy Brit rockers played four sold-out sideshows. Venues were upgraded, second shows were added, and it was pretty clear that the four-piece are a musical force to be reckoned with.

Australia may have only just bid farewell to UK pop-rock outfit The 1975, but the hysteria surrounding their 2015 return is in full swing.

Although pre-sale tickets to the four-piece’s Australian tour were only made available on Monday (August 18), the band have already sold-out their first ever headline show at Brisbane’s Tivoli Theatre. Therefore, the show has been upgraded to The Marquee at RNA Showgrounds to accommodate for more squealing fangirls (and fanboys).
