Good Life Festival 2012 To Feature Steve Angello, Skrillex, Tinie Tempah And More!

The countdown to Australia’s leading under 18 music festival has begun!

Undoubtedly, Good Life Festival is Australia’s (if not the worlds) biggest music festival exclusively promoted towards the 13 – 17 year old demographic. And it certainly looks like 2012 isn’t about to let the punters down!

This year Good Life Festival will showcase a killer line up inclusive of both international and local artists from electronic dance music to hip hop and everything in between. In 2012 the event will relocate from Sidney Myer Music Bowl to Flemington Race Course to cater for the larger capacity and broader music genres.

Expect things to get a little crazy when festival headliner, Steve Angello, from the Swedish House Mafia takes to the main stage – alongside UK chart topper and Brit Award winner, Tinie Tempah and Dub Step King, Skrillex.

Favourite party starters, uber-cool first lady of House, Ruby Rose and DJ/instrumentalist Timmy Trumpet, will also be on hand with fellow Aussies, Havana Brown, Drapht and 360 to turn the party dial up loud!

As well as great music, Good Life offers party goers a jam packed day of entertainment with a buzzing festival atmosphere – including a water slide fun park (featuring pools, spas and foam pit), carnival rides, pop up shops and market stalls.

Since its inception in 2010, the Good Life Music Festival has seen over 18,000 13-17 music fans attend, making it Australias leading underage event.

The Full Line Up:
Steve Angello (Swedish House Mafia)
Tinie Tempah
Havana Brown
Kid Kaos
Stafford Brothers

Olly Murs’ ‘Never Been Better Tour’ is coming to Australia

Internationally acclaimed UK pop star Olly Murs has excited Aussie fans with the news he will be returning in August for a nation-wide tour. Promoting his fourth album Never Been Better, Murs will kick off the tour in Perth before heading to Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney.

Porter Robinson – Splendour In The Grass Sideshows

Following the success of this year’s Coachella Festival, Porter Robinson will remain on this festival high for Australia’s Splendour in the Grass. In addition to his Friday set at the festival, Porter Robinson will also be performing sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne with a whole new sound.

Known for his upbeat, electronic dance DJ sets, the American Producer will be trying something different for Australian shows off the back of his debut album Worlds. Instead of sampling other musicians, Robinson’s sets will only feature his own samples and tracks, with live instrumental performances.
