Foo Fighters Australian Tour 2015 – Coopers Stadium, Adelaide

The rumors are true! After months of speculations, we can reveal that famed Seattle rockers The Foo Fighters are coming to Australia for a stadium tour in 2015. The tour, which will see them visit Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth in February and March, will celebrate the release of their eighth studio album Sonic Highways.

Supporting the group on each of their shows in Australia are fellow rockers Rise Against, and local outfit The Delta Riggs. Tickets go on sale to general public on Thursday, 13th of November. Be sure to grab your tickets quick smart, they aren’t expected to last!

The Script Australian Tour 2015 – Adelaide Entertainment Centre

Dublin-born darlings The Script have announced that they’ll be back for another whirlwind tour of Australia and New Zealand in 2015, supported by R&B crooner Labrinth. The two musical sensations will kick off their six-city excursion at Perth Arena on the 24th of April, then head onto Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and wrapping up on the 2nd of May in Auckland.

Laneway Festival 2015 – Harts Mill, Port Adelaide (Ages 16+)

No need to keep guessing: Australia’s favourite homegrown indie fest is back for another year of frivolities on the street. And if you’re not quite legal yet, no worries! Next year’s festivities have been opened up for ages 16+ punters in both Brisbane and Adelaide. With names like FKA Twigs, Flight Facilities and UK act Royal Blood already rolling out, next year’s platter of artists is set to be one of the most stirring yet.

Sam Smith Australian Tour 2015 – AEC Theatre, Adelaide

It seems like Sam Smith cannot get enough of Australia. The British soul and r’n’b singer has confirmed a six-date, all-ages Australian tour, just months after last being here for July’s Splendour In The Grass festival. The vocalist and pop star will be dropping to visit Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth across April and May of 2015.

Vance Joy Australian Tour March 2015 – Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide

Melbourne singer-songwriter Vance Joy has announced that he will serenade his way across Australia over March 2015. His ten-date national tour comes off the back of his debut album, Dream Your Life Away, which was released last week, and will see the singer perform in major cities, as well as smaller towns.

The 1975 Australian Tour 2015 – Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide

If their ticket sales aren’t enough of an indication, the UK pop rockers just announced an Adelaide show for their January 2015 tour.

Following the cries and pleas of fans, who started an online petition, the awesome foursome will play an all-ages show at Thebarton Theater in Adelaide on Saturday January 10. Their visit marks the first headline show in the South Australian city since their Big Day Out appearance earlier this year.

Say Anything Australian Tour 2014

Californian pop punk outfit Say Anything are returning to Aussie shores for a national tour this October.

Fronted by the always self-deprecating Max Bemis, the 6-piece will bring new material from the band’s sixth full-length, Hebrews, as well as tracks from their extensive backlog of “unclassifiable indie rock music.”

John Legend Australian Tour 2014 – A.E.C. Theatre, Adelaide

R&B Singer-songwriter John Legend will return to Australia this December for his “All Of Me” Tour. The tour will kick off on the 5th of December in Sydney and will visit the Hunter Valley, Brisbane, Melbourne, The Yarra Valley, Adelaide and conclude in Perth on the 16th of December.

John Legend last visited Australia in 2013, in support of fellow R&B sensation Alecia Keys on her stadium tour. The winner of X Factor Australia 2014, Dami Im, has been announced as the opening support act for John Legend. Meanwhile Megan Washington will make an special guest appearance at the Day On The Green performances.

British singer-songwriter, Ed Sheeran has announced that he will be strapping on his guitar for a five-date arena tour of Australia in 2015.

Armed only with his acoustic guitar, loop pedal and soulful voice, Sheeran will be the first musician in two decades to embark on a headline arena tour, completely solo.

Rod Stewart Australian Tour 2015 – Adelaide Entertainment Centre

Rock legend Rod Stewart has announced that he will be returning to Australian shores in March 2015 for a string of arena shows. The tour comes off the back of an epic summer of sold-out shows, as well as a stint at this year’s Commonwealth Games which saw the 68-year-old perform for a worldwide audience of more than 1.5 billion viewers.

Throw Me In The River, set for release on October 28 via Poison City Records, already has fans buzzing, and marks the third album to the band’s name.
