Rapper Eminem and singer-songwriter Sia have debuted their new track in the trailer for the film, The Equalizer.

Starring Denzel Washington and Carrie¡¯s Chloe Grace Moretz, the trailer for the movie was released on Thursday (June 12) and features the slow-building track throughout.

¡°Here¡¯s the trailer for #TheEqualizer starring Denzel Washington, with new music from me featuring @Sia,¡± Tweeted Eminem on Thursday.

From the teaser, it¡¯s clear that the rapper is recreating the emotive, rap/pop collaboration seen in previous songs ¡®Monster¡¯ and ¡®Not Afraid¡¯. On the new track, Sia sings: ¡°Afraid I¡¯ll never find a way out, so here I am and I will not run¡ Guts over fear,¡± before Eminem comes in and bellows, ¡°It¡¯s too late to start over.¡± The title of the motivational track is currently unknown, however, word on the street is that Eminem will be releasing the full cut in the coming weeks.

The ¡®Chandelier¡¯ singer lent her vocals to Slim¡¯s ¡®Beautiful Pain¡¯ off of last year¡¯s The Marshall Mather LP 2, and in light of the album¡¯s success ¨C topping the ARIA charts in November 2013 ¨C this new track is bound to be a hit.

Eminem hinted at the collaboration on social media last week, when he posted the movie poster, along with: ¡°More Thursday. #Equalizer.¡±

In the film, Denzel Washington plays a former black ops commando who faked his own death to lead a simple life. However, when he meets Teri (Moretz) a young girl mixed up with ultra-violent Russian gangsters, he must return from his self-imposed retirement to help her. Brace yourselves, he is ruthless, and will kill anyone who gets in his way, ¡°brick by brick, body by body.¡±

The Equalizer is set to hit cinemas later this year, however, an Australian release date is yet to be confirmed.
