Beyonc¨¦ is returning to HBO, as the subject of new mini-series, Beyonce: X10.

Beyonce: X10 chronicles the intimate life of the pop diva as she tours the globe for her Mrs. Carter Show world tour, which kicked off in April 2013 in Serbia, before coming to an end 11 months later in Portugal.

The series premiered last week (June 22) in America, and airs on HBO for the following nine weeks on Sunday evenings.

The five-minute episodes will include ten performances from the pop superstar, which were filmed in various cities during the Mrs. Carter Show tour. Taped performances of ¡®Blow/Cherry¡¯, ¡®Drunk in Love¡¯, ¡®Ghost/Haunted¡¯, ¡®Flawless/Yonce¡¯, ¡®Get Me Bodied/Baby Boy/Diva¡¯, ¡®Girls¡¯, ¡®Heaven¡¯, ¡®Partition¡¯, ¡®Why Don¡¯t You Love Me?¡¯ and ¡®XO¡¯ will air as part of the series.

The singer previously worked with HBO, screening her 2013 documentary Life Is But A Dream on the network. The documentary, which aired in February last year, was directed by Beyonce and offered a humble inside look into the singer¡¯s personal life and career. She opened up about her miscarriage, intense love and admiration for hubby Jay Z and even revealed that she used to sing for money in her mother¡¯s hair salon when she wasn¡¯t sweeping up hair.

Despite the intimate nature of the documentary, Beyonc¨¦ said that she had struggled with knowing how much to reveal about her personal life. She said: ¡°I always battle with how much I reveal about myself. How do I keep my humility and spirit? How do I continue to be generous to my fans and my craft? How do I stay current, but how do I stay soulful?¡±

Meanwhile, Beyonce and Jay Z recently announced the first European dates for their On The Run world tour, which kicked off in Miami this week.
