Vans Warped Tour Australia – Full Line Up Release Date Announced!

Vans Warped Tour Australia 2013

The date for the 2013 Vans Warped Tour line-up announcement has been officially locked in, with Wednesday the 10th of July being the day.

A host of dates have been mentioned, but organizer AJ Maddah and his crew have finally decided a date in which the tour will reveal its juicy line-up.

Rumors have been flying around the country (and globe to some extent) about who will feature in the tour. No bands or artists have put up their hands about coming Down Under so far.

Yet, the gossipers have listed a host of possible artists, as well as those most unlikely to turn up. The Dangerous Summer, Man Overboard, Northlane, New Found Glory and Senses Fail are just some of the bands set to come to Australia, with Aquabats, Black and Defeater possibly set to join the line-up.

However, Motion City Soundtrack, Of Mice & Men, Cobra Starship and Parkway Drive are just a few of the names believed will not be making an appearance on the tour.

The tour will take place over six cities, starting off on the 29th of November in Brisbane before heading to Coffs Harbour (30th November), Sydney (1st December), Canberra (6th Dec), Melbourne (7th Dec) and finishing up in Adelaide on the 8th December.

Ticket release dates and prices have yet to be announced, but stay in tune, because when we know more so will you!

Olly Murs’ ‘Never Been Better Tour’ is coming to Australia

Internationally acclaimed UK pop star Olly Murs has excited Aussie fans with the news he will be returning in August for a nation-wide tour. Promoting his fourth album Never Been Better, Murs will kick off the tour in Perth before heading to Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney.

Porter Robinson – Splendour In The Grass Sideshows

Following the success of this year’s Coachella Festival, Porter Robinson will remain on this festival high for Australia’s Splendour in the Grass. In addition to his Friday set at the festival, Porter Robinson will also be performing sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne with a whole new sound.

Known for his upbeat, electronic dance DJ sets, the American Producer will be trying something different for Australian shows off the back of his debut album Worlds. Instead of sampling other musicians, Robinson’s sets will only feature his own samples and tracks, with live instrumental performances.
