Tonight Alive Australian Tour 2013

Tonight Alive Aus Tour 2013

Pop-punk band, Tonight Alive have announced their headlining Australian tour! The powerhouse band are coming off the release of their latest album, The Other Side, which is due out in September, the same month the tour will kick-off.

The idea behind the tour came after a short promotional tour earlier in May this year when Tonight Alive returned home for an exclusive three show run to showcase their latest work.

It was well received by the public, so Tonight Alive have decided to come back for some more with shows in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide over a wild two week period!

It’s been a slick, fun ride for the poppin’ band, after their collaboration with Benji Madden, the guitarist for Good Charlotte, with the single Breakdown. The band then released its first single from The Other Side, titled ‘The Ocean’.

The release of The Other Side will be the band’s fourth album after 2010′s EP albums, All Shapes And Disguises and Consider This and their 2012 studio debut album What Are You So Scared Of?.

Joining them on the tour are Canberra’s own Hands Like Houses with their emo-tinged tunes and Brisbane pop punk mastermind D At Sea.

Tonight Alive have also been included in this year’s Vans Warped Tour Australia, alongside the likes of The Offspring, Parkway Drive, The Used, Simple Plan, New Found Glory and Hatebreed.

Known for his upbeat, electronic dance DJ sets, the American Producer will be trying something different for Australian shows off the back of his debut album Worlds. Instead of sampling other musicians, Robinson’s sets will only feature his own samples and tracks, with live instrumental performances.
