Good Life Festival is without a doubt Australia’s, if not the world’s biggest under 18’s music festival. From its humble beginnings at the Shed 4 in Docklands to the mammoth event in 2012, Good Life is setting the standard for all underage events around the country.

In March 2012, over 20,000 kids attended the Flemington Racecourse (in Melbourne) to watch artists such as Skrillex, Steve Angello from the Swedish House Mafia, Tinnie Tempah, Tonic, 360 and Havana Brown perform.

Early rumours indicate that the 2013 show will be even bigger and our friends in Sydney maybe getting its first doze of the Good Life! Full detailed announced on the 15th of December at 2pm! Stay tuned…

Jared Leto Reportedly Set To Play The Joker

What do Jared Leto, Jack Nicolson and the late Heath Ledger have in common? Aside from all being Oscar winners, they will all have played the iconic Batman villain The Joker if rumours are to be believed.

The 30 Seconds to Mars frontman has reportedly been chosen as the favourite for the role, with TheWarp reporting that Warner Bros. wants him to don the twisted clown costume for the upcoming film, Suicide Squad scheduled for release in 2016. Jared had previously been rumoured to play Doctor Strange, but it was revealed recently that the role had gone to Benedict Cumberbatch.

Breaking Bad Blamed For Rising Crystal Meth Use

Breaking Bad hasn’t only attracted award buzz for it’s gritty, original story – it’s been blamed for a rise in crystal meth use in Britain and across Europe.

Statistics from the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction shows that there has been a rise in usage and attempts to smuggle the illegal substance across the UK and Germany and Heisenberg and Jesse could be to blame.

Professor Ellis Cashmore, an author on celebrity and media culture from Staffordshire University, has argued that the popularity of the hit TV series which starred Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul, while not on purpose has played its part in glamorizing the drug and in a side effect, these figures increasing.
