Welcome To New York: American Idol S14E04 Recap

Last week we saw the best that Kansas City had to offer, and now we’re headed to see if New York really is what dreams are made of. We open with a not-at-all set up shot of J-Lo strolling through her old block (where the diva was hilariously dissed out the front of her old apartment) before heading to the judging room, with Idol alum Adam Lambert filling in for Keith Urban (and the first sighting of the embarrassing #TurnUpForIdol hashtag).

First audition off the rank is Sal; a jazz singing, suit wearing, possible relation to Fat Tony. Between winning bets with Harry Connick Jr and hitting on Jennifer, he serenades the group with a Frank Sinatra classic, on which he wins a golden ticket.

Jennifer Lawrence “Would Totally Do” Another Hunger Games Film

The Hunger Games franchise is drawing to a close and nobody is happy about it…, including J-Law! Everyone’s BFF crush, Jennifer Lawrence let it slip in a profile in this month’s Interview Magazine that if more District 9 action was written, she’d return to play Katniss Everdeen.

“I would totally do it!”, she revealed when her interview with The Theory of Everything’s Eddie Redmayne turned to her star making role. “I’m not happy about [it ending] at all”.
